The Black Level tube mini dress is made entirely of glossy black vinyl. The body-hugging, strapless corset top has shaping underwire for a perfect fit. It also has a hook-and-eye fastening at the front and adjustable lacing at the back. The wider skirt section has a zipper at the back.
