Returns and refunds

How do I return the product?

Please contact us if you wish to return a product. The product should not be returned until you have received permission from us to return the product. First, check which products are eligible for return. When you wish to exercise your right of return to return either an order or individual products, please follow these steps:

Ordering

How does the ordering process proceed?

Errors in personal or delivery information

I received an “Error 404” or “an error has occurred” message when placing an order. What does this mean?

How do I use a gift card or discount code when ordering?

You can use a gift card or discount code at checkout before payment. Enter the code in the field provided and confirm your selection, and the discount or gift card value will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order.

Note!

-You can only use one discount code per order, and only one code is valid at a time. If you try to use multiple codes at the same time, only the most recent discount will be applied to your order.

-If you enter a discount code and then press your browser's "back" button either in the shopping cart, checkout, or payment window, the code may be lost and you will need to re-enter it.

-It is no longer possible to add discount codes after ordering.

-Free gifts are available when the promotional conditions are met. Special terms and conditions may apply to gifts and offers, such as minimum order value or product purchase. If the products or part of the products in an order containing these are returned so that the conditions are no longer met, the gift products or their value must also be returned. Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
