Black Level's short, sleeveless dress is made entirely of black, shiny vinyl. It follows the curves and is fitted at the waist. The two-way zipper in the front can be opened both at the neckline and at the hem. The stand-up collar has press studs in the front and a large, oval opening below it. There is a gorgeous full-length lacing at the back, which can also be adjusted.
