The Black Level mini dress is made entirely of glossy black vinyl. It is fitted, with a tapered fit and a flared hem. It also has short sleeves and a stand-up collar with a front fastening (fastening) ring. There is also a large opening in the neckline. The dress has two waistbands with two buckles on each side for adjusting them. There is also a full-length zipper at the back.
