If you ask 100 people to stop after three minutes, they will all say a different amount of time, meaning people are either using the pump too little or too much. The green lights indicate the three minutes you should be on the pump, and the red lights indicate the time you should be off the pump. This can then be repeated three times according to the manufacturer’s recommendations for pump use. Most people don’t wear a watch (or glasses!) in the shower, so the lights and beeps will visually and audibly indicate the amount of time the pump needs to be used. It comes with two sizes of suction cups, one for the pumps and a larger one if the user wants it on the shower wall or tiles. The pump is not included.
